Guard Your Heart By Choosing Rest

We live in a non-stop world.  We are bombarded by deadlines, responsibilities, and distractions.  Finding time to stop is not easy, but it is necessary.  If we want to follow Jesus fully and live with a guarded heart, then we must slow down and find rest.
